If you request to be included, we reserve the right to use your email address to send you our monthly newsletter. We don’t share email addresses with anyone else, but we hope that you will share ours with as many people as possible. This will help us to serve better your friends and family by offering them great deals on gear just like you.

Rest assured that when you are doing business with us on our online store that we have taken every precaution to keep your information secure. Your personal information is encrypted when sent over the Internet. We do not archive your personal information on our web server.

Backorders
If your selection is un-available, we will contact you immediately with an estimated arrival date, and alternative choices.
Return Policy
Sports Exchange wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just give us a call, let us know your situation and request a return authorization.
Shoes and harnesses may be exchanged for sizing reasons as long as they are unused and in perfect condition.
In order to protect all of our customers, we do not accept used untagged items, mounted skis, ropes, harnesses, carabiners, and any other technical climbing gear, sale items at 20% discount or used and consignment items for refund or exchange. You can only return merchandise that is in the exact, un-used condition as received. We hope that you understand this policy.
If you wish to return a sale item, it will only qualify for an exchange or for store credit.
If you wish to have your credit card refunded, there will be a 10 percent restocking fee.
Shipping on returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Warranty items can be submitted direct from vendor or through Sports Exchange. For warranty issues, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Before returning any item to us, please call 530-582-4510 for a return authorization.
Shipping Information
Our preferred shipping methods are USPS and FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to ship product at the most efficient rate.
Within the lower 48 states, Free Shipping on items over $50, some exceptions apply. A shipping fee will apply when item is considered oversized by FedEx or USPS. All skis ship for $25.
Different rates may apply when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, rates will depend on weight of package.
International orders are accepted at our disgression. We will ship via US Postal service and actual shipping costs will apply. When your order is approved for processing we will email you the shipping cost for your approval before charging your card.
